Cars, Vehicles, Automobiles and Traffic expressions and discussion exercise
Ask what type of car they drive and whether they've had any difficulties driving in their area. Discussing this would allow for a neat segue to the lesson. Go through the sheet with them and find out whether they know this vocabulary. Where a phrase or word is found to be unfamiliar, talk about it by giving example sentences.
If your student finds that most of the words or phrases are unfamiliar it would be best to only spend 30-40 minutes on this lesson Give the unfinished list to your student to take home and look through themselves as homework.
If this sheet is completed quickly, practice and discuss the dialogue below. Substitute local slang if necessary!
